ZONE WORKOUT

60 minutes
Book a Session

 Independently you will complete a 60 minute training session following a workout individually prescribed by an IPT Fitness personal trainer unsupervised in a private zone of the IPT Fitness indoor gym.


No more queuing for equipment for your workouts!


Each zone will have private use of commercial grade:

  • Squat rack and platform
  • Dumbells 3kg – 50kg
  • Cable pulley
  • Weight bench
  • A variety of barbells, weight plates, and kettlebells
  • Plyometric boxes and resistance bands
  • HIIT CV kit (assault bike, ski erg, rower, battleropes, inertia wave, sled and prowler)

To avoid overcrowding in the gym when personal training is in force, an online booking system will be in place. It is our goal for you to arrive stress free at a prearranged booked time slot, knowing exactly which exercises to complete for an effective workout. You will receive your own FOB key for access to the gym during unmanned hours.
