A HYROX class is a fitness session that simulates the format of the global Hyrox fitness competition, combining running and functional strength stations to build muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, and power. These 60-minute classes feature a variety of exercises like Ski-Erg, sled pushes and pulls, rowing, burphie broad jump, farmers walks, and wall balls, allowing participants of all fitness levels to train for the event or improve their overall well-being.
